About the Challenge.
The challenge isn’t about taking anything away, but adding new things in! You don’t have to make any other changes to your diet during the challenge – all you do is drink a yummy, healthy, fertility-friendly smoothie every day!
Through the challenge you will:
- Increase your energy level and feel great!
- Get healthy foods in your diet in a delicious new way;
- Maybe lose a little weight;
- Learn to prepare yummy smoothies that taste great and boost your fertility; and
- Get your groove back with renewed faith in your fertility journey.
Here’s how it works:
Each day during the challenge, you’ll get an email from me with your quick and easy recipe for that day’s smoothie. You’ll get the recipe early enough that you can make your smoothie for breakfast!
You’ll also become a member of my smoothie challenge Facebook group where you can hang out with me and your fellow smoothie challengers. In the group we’ll chat about the foods we’re having in our smoothies and how they can boost fertility, and post pictures of our delectable creations.
A few days before the challenge begins you’ll get a shopping list so that by the time the challenge kicks off on July 3rd you’ll be ready to go!
You don’t need any special equipment for the challenge, just a blender and a smile!

About Me. I began trying to have my first baby at 41 and, after a miscarriage, was diagnosed with Diminished Ovarian Reserve. I was told that I had less than a 2% chance of successfully getting pregnant. Instead of letting infertility define me, I took action. I extensively studied health, fertility and wellness, supplementing modern medicine with a holistic integrative healthcare program that I designed myself. I also cultivated a mindset to complement the improvements I made to my physical health, and set me up for success. Just one year after that first miscarriage I got pregnant again, without major medical intervention. I had a healthy baby boy 9 months later.
