So, we’re now more than a week into 2019 and you want to boost your health and fertility – how are you doing?

How are you coming along with those New Year’s intentions you set for yourself?

If you’re finding that keeping up with your intentions is starting to get harder to do, you’re not alone.  It happens to the best of us.  Think about it – the gym is always crowded the first week in January but by the end of the month it’s not anymore and the people who are going to the gym are the ones who were already going before the New Year.

After the initial rush and excitement of the new year wears off – and it does wear off – we’re left with our intentions.  We’re at a crossroads and have to decide if we’re going to make the decision to keep going with them, really make the effort, or if we’re going to abandon our intentions and go back to our old ways.

This usually happens around mid-January.

Five things might be a lot to focus on in the beginning.  Even though my tips are low-hanging fruit, easy things you can start doing right away, it might help you to pick 1 and focus on just that for a few weeks.  Once you feel like you’ve got a handle on it, you can add another.
